First time user of Levela. I have used it 3 or 4 weeks now and have not noticed any change in my skin other than it feels pasty and stinks.I asked my husband if he had noticed any change. He agreed no change in wrinkles and that the smell was really bad.I hope this helps someone save some money.

This products works well for me and I really like the result it gave me but the smell is too strong. This cream has a very strong bad smell. I actually had many patients turned away from when I do their vitals. It's also too expensive for the small amount of cream. It's the smell that I stopped using this product.

Levela is a good product, but I am just starting to see some results. The ads all give the impression that 3-4 weeks and you're going to be AMAZED... It's helping, but I'm not AMAZED.

The product did not seem to make a difference to any wrinkles or to the over all skin, also did not like the product smell.I would not recommend the product .

I can't click any stars and would never purchase this product again. In September, 2013, I ordered the sample for under $5.00 and was immediately charged. I received the first shipment in October but DIDN'T OPEN IT, waiting for a bill letting me know how much it cost. When the second order arrived, I immediately called Levela and discovered that the charge was $89.95. I returned both orders in one box the very next day and expected to be refunded $179.90. I discovered later that since the first order was over 30 days, the $89.95 could not be refunded. So I paid them $89.95 for NOTHING as they kept both products and did not notify me they were doing so. They never billed me, never let me know how much the product cost until I called them. Lesson learned: don't order anything until you know up front how much the cost will be! This is not an ethical company and I would advise anyone considering purchasing their product, to be careful.I just discovered after I wrote the first post that another $89.95 was charged to my checking account. I only received a total of two shipments but was billed for three and refunded for one only. So my donation to Levela was a total of $179.90. Again, be very careful when dealing with this company. I was never told anything about a 30-day return policy or that charges were being made to my checking account. I only learned the cost when I made the call. This company needs to inform customers up front about costs, refund policies and charges being made to accounts.

I have used this product but order elsewhere. When I received this is was dark beige in color, Not White as it should be, and smelled bad. I requested a return and reordered thinking it might have been a bad batch. Not the case. I also returned the second purchases for a refund.

I'm 50 and have had mild acne since I was 11. This product did nothing for my wrinkles but I didn't have an acne breakout the entire month I used it. When I ran out of the product, I started breaking out again. I just reordered it as an acne medication not a wrinkle reducer.
