Since entering my 30's my skin has started to show some unfortunate signs of the mistreatment I inflicted on it during my teens and early 20's (repeated sunburns in attempts to "tan" my fair skin). I have tried many different products and will look no further. You won't find me without this cream. I have to admit, I had modest expectations of an "all-natural" product, but could no longer reconcile spending the money to eat organically while slathering my body with chemicals. To my pleasant surprise, Bel essence outperformed the l'occitane night cream I had been using with a $100+ price tag. I live in a cold climate and always have skin problems during the winter. My skin was very dry, actually flaking on my cheeks, at the time I started using the Bel Essence. This resolved completely within two applications. Since then, the texture has continued to improve. It is now soft, smooth, and I am seeing a significant improvement in the fine lines around my eyes and across my forehead. It is very soothing, and absorbs quickly. It does have a vanilla fragrance, my 6 year old says it makes my face smell like ice cream. It dissipates quickly after application. I am not sure how it would work for someone with oily skin, but it is the best product I have found for dry skin showing early signs of aging.

Since I could no longer obtain my face moisturizer, I had to try other moisturizers. I was not happy, all disappointed me and I just wanted my original face cream back. I am 65 and my dermatologist was so impressed with my skin condition he wanted to know the name and ingredients of my moisturizer, and even the one he recommended I didn't like. After doing some research on face creams I decided to give Bel Essence a try. Even though it was a smaller amount for the money, you will get so much more than you thought, because you use a very small amount. I just skim 2 fingers over the top of the cream and very gently rub it into my face, dividing into four sections. First each side, then my forehead and chin and neck next. What I thought was a greasy feel in all reality was a dewy feel on the skin. AWESOME....truthfully, I am ordering more and you will not regret buying this cream also. I am very proud to give this product a 5 star rating.

Completely saved my neglected, prematurely aged skin

I have purchased literally hundreds of products from Amazon over the years, and this is the first one that I have felt compelled to review.My favorite thing about this product aside from the results (which I promise you will see,) is the absolutely incredible smell. It's the softest, gentlest, most inoffensive vanilla I've ever smelled, and I would wear it as a daily fragrance in a heartbeat. It's not sticky-sweet or too gourmand, nor is it too sterile and clean. Just an absolutely lovely gentle soft smell that makes me think of falling into a feather pillow at the end of a long day. The cream has the texture of heavy whipping cream, and is an absolute joy to apply.I just purchased it 2 weeks ago, and have since been using it every day to follow AHA/vitamin C serum in the AM and retinol in the PM. I could not gush more about how much my skin has improved in texture, elasticity, evenness of complexion, smoothness, softness, youthfulness...I am only 23, but am an engineering student at the most prestigious public university in my country; I sleep maybe 30 hours a week and don't have time to take care of myself, so my skin is an absolute nightmare. Not only do I have deep sunken undereye circles and sebacious filaments all over my nose and cheeks, but the sort of undereye wrinkles, laugh lines, facial sagging, and visible undereye veins (!!) that I see in people in their late 30s. Prior to trying this product, I was seriously considering eyelid/undereye surgery after graduation so that I could enjoy at least a few years of youthful beauty before my 30s. Excellent overall skin treatment

I just started using this product a few days ago and can already see increased brightness and suppleness in my skin. My main concern is to target a few fine lines around my eyes. They appear to be slightly faded already but I am looking forward to seeing the results after a month! I am also pleasantly surprised to find out that some of the oils such as Almond oil contains high amounts of Vitamins E and D, magnesium, and calcium help with dark circles and baby soft skin! All of these nutrients are beneficial. It is similar in composition to the oil babies excrete to keep their skin healthy, so it is a natural alternative to baby oil. It moisturizes and nourishes the skin, helps your skin retain or restore its glow, and lightens dark circles under the eyes. I am going to use this in combination with the anti-aging treatment oil as well to see if I can obtain faster results! Wish Bel Essence made more products!-Shauna

For years, I've tried various skin care moisturizers, creams, serums, etc (Ahava, Derma E, La Roche, to include using natural oils individually (argan, rose hip, virgin coconut oil) all of which have rave reviews but didn't seem to work for me. Now in my early 40s w/normal to dry skin, and beginning to show signs of premature aging, no improvement of fine lines and just overall sallow, dull skin. I've never heard of Bel Essence before and once again, based on reviews, thought to give it a try in hopes of finally discovering "the one true cream"! After using for about a few weeks as a night cream, I can truly say that this cream delivers! It leaves my skin soft and smooth. No more blemish spots, fine lines are less noticeable and appears to have improved my skin...brighter and more even toned. More importantly, no milia! I'm enjoying it so much that I'm using this as my eye, day and night cream (with an added SPF 15 cream when needed during the day). All natural ingredients! Love how these specific natural plant oils combined in one (to include meadowfoam seed oil - a Dr Oz recommended oil!) really is nutrition for the skin. Drink plenty of water and FEED your skin with this remarkable cream!
