the scary part of this story is that this company gathers information as you type it in and pulls it off your application even if you do not send it!!!!!!!!I was thinking about getting their 'free" offer, but the i thought i would go to amazon and see if the product was there - and of course it was and the reviews are poor and tells about a sleazy company.Well, it was not 24 hours and they are already calling me when i did not even order or send them my application.Run very fast from this sleazy company. If i was amazon i would drop this product line!ps- they say that they charge you only 4 dollars for shipping but in reality i hear that they really charge you 200 for the following month.RUN and don't look back!

I ordered Lifecell anti aging wrinkle cream and couldn't be more disappointed. I see no change in my skin,,.. and it is not as moisturizing as they claimed it to be. Not worth the money. I get more results from Olay ProX cream... and it is cheaper. Will not be reordering.

Don't waste your money on this product. As a 60 year old, I saw no visible improvement to my skin, after carefully following the instructions. So I overpaid for a product that doesn't work and then the company started to ship more to me. It leaves a bad feeling (a bit like a scam). There are a lot better products on the shelf at your local store.

A royal ripoff guys. STAY AWAY from this company. It's a very expensive scam! Look at my other reviews on amazon - you will see that I write honest opinions on products I purchase and try hard to find a use of them even if they don't exactly fit my purpose . I am not a whiner. But I hate having been taken advantage of in such an obscene manner.I got the trial version from the company's website, and I was willing to pay for the face cream, which I received in about a week. After 3 months I received another package with a refill and my credit card was charged again. I checked the original email receipt of my purchase and it did not mention anything about an automatic refill of my initial order. I called the customer service and they told me that there is a default check-box of "VIP refill" when you order the product first time. I do not recall such a checkbox, and even if it was, there should have been included in my email receipt. Hard to demonstrate that there wasn't any such checkbox on the online form after the fact, with no trace of it in my original receipt.You get nothing for 200 $. This product is no more effective than any cheap face moisturizing cream from the drug store. They have however a very aggressive advertising campaign and it is not hard to fall for their deceit.

I used the Lifecell cream for 30 days - twice daily and exactly as instructed.There was no improvement in my skin texture or reduction of wrinkles or the appearance of wrinkles.While using the cream I had several blemishes appear - I haven't had blemishes in years.For the price and the hype of the product, I honestly expected some positive results.I have resumed using my Natural Advantage Retinol based cream and my face feels and looks much better.Even though Lifecell has a satisfaction guarantee, it is only returnable/refundable if you buy directly from Lifecell/South Beach.South Beach informed my I had to go to Amazon for a refund and once the 30 days has passed, it cannot be returnedthrough Amazon. P.S.I just chatted with an Amazon representative and will receive a return label for the product. Thank you Amazon!

I read many reviews before trying this product and I did have great expectations. I also believe different products work for different people. I am a young looking 63 with my main problem being some wrinkling under my eyes, that has just started. This product did nothing for my skin. I used as directed morning and night and noticed that my skin was very dry in the morning and more wrinkled than when I use my Olay Regenerest Micro sculpting cream.The Olay does keep me moisturized all night and is much cheaper.With Life cell I also felt dry in the morning and had to use another moisturizer also. I tried to use just the LifeCell, but it was just too drying.I will not be using this product again and think it is way overpriced.

My name is Mary and I'm using my husband's account to write this review. I am returning the product today, as I see no difference at all in my skin after four weeks. Two contacts with representatives also left me feeling almost harassed. I first started to order the trial online at lifecellcream.com, but had to stop and return to my computer a little later to start the process over.After completing the order the second time around, a representative called my home number within an hour asking me why I decided not to get the trial - was it because of cost? I told him I had ordered the trial and had the confirmation email. I have since been bombarded by emails from this company. Bottom line - I did not appreciate a salesperson calling my home to inquire why I had not purchased their product, based on my first attempt! If I hadn't ordered the product, that's my business.I finally get the product, try it and feel nothing, no tingling sensation, no 17-second change in the appearance of my skin. The cream does have a nice, non-greasy consistency that absorbs quickly. However, after 4 weeks, I see no change in my skin or wrinkles. I'm 52 years old with lines around my eyes and upper lip. No change.When I called to return the product just now (you have to call to get the return information; it's not included in your product packaging...), I was again asked why I was returning the product and was read a script about how some skin takes longer to see results and I had 120 days to try it and get my money back, and on and on. I had to talk over her to get her to stop reading the script and state explicitly and loudly a third time that I did NOT want my credit card charged and I will be returning the product.Read more ›
