I have never been one to really like using night creams. Either they are too greasy, too thick, too smelly or just too unappealing. I have never found a product I would want to apply to my sometimes breakout-prone skin at night. Until I found Burt's Bees Naturally Ageless Night Cream! I was expecting another product that I would be adding to my 'don't like' pile. Boy was I wrong! From the second I opened the jar with the beautiful silver lid -- it made that wonderful 'swisshhhing' sound when it opened, to the scent of pomegranate inside the jar, I was hooked. When I put the cream on my face I was expecting it to be greasy and it wasn't at all! There is an amazing skin-tightening and smoothing effect this cream has. As soon as I put it on, it sank in my skin, and my skin felt dewy and like a babies skin. I think the combination of the pomegranate and white birch bark (anti-oxidants & skin firming) really are a miracle in a bottle.My husband told me the next day my skin looked incredible. Totally different formula than the cream I once loved

I have been using Burt's Bees Ageless Night Creme for about 3 years, and it WAS the best night creme I had used.However, this is no longer true, because it is not the same product anymore.Recently, I purchased a new jar through Amazon, and was very disappointed to discover that the product has changed. The feel of it, the smell-- everything is different from the product that I know and love. It is greasy, it smells bad-- it feels cheap. I no longer wake up with my skin feeling improved. The new formula is not a product I would recommend.Most of all, I am saddened to discover that a product I have grown to love no longer seems to exist, without warning. But I also feel I was tricked into buying a product that is nothing like the product it was packaged to look like.I am curious why this product has changed, but I have a feeling that if I knew the reasons, it would be upsetting--since I doubt the goal of Burts Bee's was to make the customer happier with this change. I have become a skeptic of this brand ever since it was bought out by Clorox, and now I see that this was with good reason.I have contacted Customer Service in hopes for a replacement product (I'd like them to send me the old formula I thought I purchased), or if that is not possible, a refund. This stuff works!

I have combination skin, that is usually under the duress of nature's wrath. My skin would be dry one day, oily the next, and acne prone in between. Over the years, I have accumulated a plethora of facial products that have all seen the same fate:(collecting dust in a box at the back of my closet). I am now on the verge of thirty, and am starting to see the ravages of age. I had just about had it with my skin until I tried this night cream. After only one application, the stress on my face began to disappear. I don't know how it worked, but it worked. I use this at night just before bed. I wash my face and then dab my finger in the tub to get a little 'dollop'. A little goes a long way. This stuff is very rich and creamy, but not greasy. I find that using a small amount all over the face and neck is perfect. This is not like a regular lotion, think of it as 'concentrated'.I also sometimes use it during the day in conjunction with the day lotion. I put the day lotion on and if I have any spots that are dry, or like under my eyes I have to keep it nice and hydrated because I have dark circles so I have to put alot of concealer etc. And you know how it looks when you put makeup under your eyes and the skin is dry? Like you are a 100 yrs old! If you put the day lotion on and then a tiny (like a half of a pea size) dab of the night creme on places that need extra care you will be so happy with the results.I also posted this on the day lotion, but Ive been using the day, night and serum for about 3 weeks and I notice my skin is smoother, slightly firmer and I have noticed that I have hardly any blemishes any more!I also use bare minerals makeup which I think everyone should give a try!This product is awesome. Use it for 30 days and you wont want to use anything else. Prior to this I was using the borba system (like 250 bucks) and I thought there wasnt anything better, until I tried this when I saw it at my local grocery store. I got all three products (day, night and serum) for about 70 bucks.My husband even uses the day lotion, thats how light and smooth it is. He wont wear anything like normal lotion or whatever, but I told him to try it to prevent ageing and now he uses it!Even if you have great skin (Im 26) I would still use it as a means of preventing dryness and the appearance of fine lines. Prevention is key in maintaining our beautiful skin.

I've been using this product for about 4 weeks. I've noticed a big difference in the minimizing/disappearance of tiny age spots on my face. Of the 3 larger spots, one is noticeably paler. I'm hoping that in another month, the others will fade some,too. My skin feels hydrated and soft. Since it doesn't take much product, I think it will last a long time. It barely looks like I've taken anything out of the jar! I use it on my face and my neck,too. Good value! I did not find the smell a problem--It's light and fresh.

Just purchased L'Oreal Age Perfect Day 2.5 oz, but cannot wear it because of the perfume, which smells like insecticide, and the smell stays with you for many hours. Otherwise product seems to perform well. I do use their Revitalift series, where the perfume is mild, not this type of grassy scent, and would use this one if it came in a non-perfumed version.

I've only been using for 3 weeks and it takes bright light to even find my age spots now! I'm being perfectly honest. As for firming...maybe a little, but what I'm really impressed by is my age spots fading so much! Now, for probably the first 10 days, I used it twice a day (am and pm) and I think that sped things up. The only downside of it- if you can even call it that- is that it has a slightly medicinal smell (to me), but it's not overpowering and dissipates quickly. Also, I don't believe it moisturizes quite as much as my other daily moisturizer, but it does a respectable job and neither of these things are a deal-breaker for me! This product really works and DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS. Hard to find that quality these days... Amazon has a good price on this, too. Cheaper than drugstores. I will buy again and again.

Don't waste your money on this product. As a 60 year old, I saw no visible improvement to my skin, after carefully following the instructions. So I overpaid for a product that doesn't work and then the company started to ship more to me. It leaves a bad feeling (a bit like a scam). A royal ripoff guys. STAY AWAY from this company. It's a very expensive scam! Look at my other reviews on amazon - you will see that I write honest opinions on products I purchase and try hard to find a use of them even if they don't exactly fit my purpose . I am not a whiner. But I hate having been taken advantage of in such an obscene manner.I got the trial version from the company's website, and I was willing to pay for the face cream, which I received in about a week. After 3 months I received another package with a refill and my credit card was charged again. I checked the original email receipt of my purchase and it did not mention anything about an automatic refill of my initial order. I called the customer service and they told me that there is a default check-box of "VIP refill" when you order the product first time. I do not recall such a checkbox, and even if it was, there should have been included in my email receipt. Hard to demonstrate that there wasn't any such checkbox on the online form after the fact, with no trace of it in my original receipt.You get nothing for 200 $. This product is no more effective than any cheap face moisturizing cream from the drug store. They have however a very aggressive advertising campaign and it is not hard to fall for their deceit.

I read many reviews before trying this product and I did have great expectations. I also believe different products work for different people. I am a young looking 63 with my main problem being some wrinkling under my eyes, that has just started. This product did nothing for my skin. I used as directed morning and night and noticed that my skin was very dry in the morning and more wrinkled than when I use my Olay Regenerest Micro sculpting cream.The Olay does keep me moisturized all night and is much cheaper.With Life cell I also felt dry in the morning and had to use another moisturizer also. I tried to use just the LifeCell, but it was just too drying.I will not be using this product again and think it is way overpriced.

My name is Mary and I'm using my husband's account to write this review. I am returning the product today, as I see no difference at all in my skin after four weeks. Two contacts with representatives also left me feeling almost harassed. I first started to order the trial online at lifecellcream.com, but had to stop and return to my computer a little later to start the process over.After completing the order the second time around, a representative called my home number within an hour asking me why I decided not to get the trial - was it because of cost? I told him I had ordered the trial and had the confirmation email. I have since been bombarded by emails from this company. Bottom line - I did not appreciate a salesperson calling my home to inquire why I had not purchased their product, based on my first attempt! If I hadn't ordered the product, that's my business.I finally get the product, try it and feel nothing, no tingling sensation, no 17-second change in the appearance of my skin. The cream does have a nice, non-greasy consistency that absorbs quickly. However, after 4 weeks, I see no change in my skin or wrinkles. I'm 52 years old with lines around my eyes and upper lip. No change.When I called to return the product just now (you have to call to get the return information; it's not included in your product packaging...), I was again asked why I was returning the product and was read a script about how some skin takes longer to see results and I had 120 days to try it and get my money back, and on and on. I started using Murad years ago but tried to cut costs by using only a few products and using cheaper products for my daily skin routine. Well, at 56 I just felt my skin wasn't looking great and I was getting sick and tired of trying different brands of products (not to mention spending money thinking I was saving money). My 30 yr old daughter started using an entire line of Murad products and I noticed her skin was looking great. That was when I decided to invest in the entire Resurgence line of products. I started with the wash to day/night treatments, the mask etc. It was a costly order but the results are worth it! I got the Resurgence cleansing product, the Resurgence day cream and this product. It DOES actually fulfill my expectations. Not greasy and lasts and lasts. Skin feels better than a baby's and it DOES help ease wrinkles. I have bought well over 1.5 thousand dollars worth of creams and serums in the last 6 mo. of this year and they dont do what this system does. This system works THE BEST. I am really looking good. Most lines have disappeard. Have a line from mough to chin which is about %75 gone. Even botox didnt help it that much. And there is a 1 between my eyebrows which is also disappearing. I can't laud the Resurgence line enough. Also use the PaloVia laser and NuFace microcurrent. Considering I'll be 65 next month and I have light, dryish skin; I am looking really good. Texture and color are better as well. The Resurgence isnt cheap, but Amazon tends to have the best selection of prices. But I would rather pay for products which work than pay for those which dont.

Is not an anti-wrinkle cream

I photo'd my wrinkles and then used it faithfully for about 3 weeks and saw not the slightest change in wrinkles. Further, Oxytokin manufacturer does not say it is an anti-wrinkle cream. This is the seller's advertising language on the internet and on Amazon. The jar says "anti-aging recovery complex" and "Use morning and night for brighter, more youthful-looking skin." When I talked to the Oxytokin manufacturer, they said "Amazon can be misleading." If you just want a nice cream for $35-$40 that will make your face feel nice, go ahead and spend the money, but don't buy it to improve wrinkles because it won't. And don't buy it from eSupplements because their return policy is this: Your 30 days to return it starts from the day they ship it, not the day you receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee no matter what. You must get a return authorization and have proof that you sent it no later than the 30th day from the first day they shipped it to you, not the day you received it. I chose this based on a magazine article that found it to be best anti-wrinkle cream. It is a nice feeling moisturizer and I will continue to buy and use it. I may have too many wrinkle already to get rid of but maybe it will stop new ones from forming.

Oxytokin is very creamy and is quickly absorbed into the skin. My fine lines were virtually gone and this product mixes well with makeup. I also used it on my upper lip. I love this product, no complaints here.

Good product, but packaging needs improvement

I'm always trying new anti-aging face products. I'm 54, sensitive skin, wear sun screen faithfully. I bought this unfamiliar product based on the 5 star reviews. I did see improvement right away (withing 2 weeks), especially on the sun damage on my chin: two rather deep cracks that are half-gone now. The cream melts at body temperature, which is why is spreads so quickly onto the face., and feels luxurious on my skin. About the packaging: anti-oxidants lose their strength when exposed to air. A wide-mouth jar does not make sense to me. This cream should be dispensed from a tube or bottle, preventing air from getting to it. This would make this product even more effective.

I wasn't too sure about this face cream when I bought it, but I had a friend recommend it. I am really surprised. I'm not too much into aromas, but I love the scent of this face cream. I can't describe it, but it doesn't smell perfumy to me--it smells clean and fresh. The cream is very thick and I thought at first that it would be hard to spread on my very, very dry sensitive skin---boy was I surprised. It spread beautifully, wasn't greasy, and my skin sucked in that hydration and moisturizer. My makeup looks great with the cream underneath it and I love that I can use it at night as well. It is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

I'm giving it 4 stars for the moment because I've only had it a week and don't feel that's long enough to really assess the product. But with that said - it's been a great week for my skin!Consistency & Application: This stuff if REALLY THICK. Yalmeh recommended warming it in your hands a bit first to make it easier to spread, that helps a little bit. After a few applications, I just got used to it. I tend to sort of pat it on my face all over and let it sit a few seconds before spreading.Night vs Day: I have dry skin and was thinking this would soak in more, but it tends to make me a little oily/shiny during the day, so I'm enjoying it better as a Night cream.Results: In just a week, I notice that my skin seems more calm, less redness, makeup goes on better, pores on my nose appear smaller. Fine lines around eyes are slightly diminished.Happy customer so far.

After I entered my late 20s, my face has always been red and dry. After I would take a shower, if I didnt apply moisturizer right away, my skin would start to get very dry and start to hurt, This has only gotten worse within the past few years. Lately my complexion has been pale and unhealthy looking. I hated looking in the mirror and would always turn my head to not see myself when I entered the bathroom. I was skeptical of this product since it contains only natural ingredients. But after just a few days of using this product, my skin became ultra hydrated and my complexion changed dramatically. My skin looks healthy like it did in my early 20s. I am really happy with the results. I have tried all kinds of moisturizers in the past, but this by far is the best I have ever used. I love how the product is viscous and how it locks in moisture when I apply after taking a shower. It does not irritate my skin at all and doesnt have a strong scent. Also whats great about this product is that it does not make your skin look greasy and shiny, so you can't tell that you put something on.This is an excellent product and I would highly recommend it!

Very Soothing, Refreshing and Clean Feeling

If you have ever tried Kiehl's Rosa Arctica moisturizer then you'll have somewhat of an idea of at least the category this would be in. This is quite similar but creamier. They both smell almost identical though Yalmeh's scent is not as strong. I am talking about the fragrance-free here. People rave about that product too and it costs 3 times as much as this one and having both, I can definitely say that this one is better in some ways but does not have as much oil.I really like this cream a lot. There are a couple of things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. For my skin, I would actually like it to be "oilier". My skin needs oil and lots of it. This cream is very thick, luxuriously creamy even and yet it has a similar consistency (somewhat) to say, a cortizone cream, in a way -- hard to describe. It's moisturizing and oddly, just ever so slightly, drying at the same time. Not a "tight" drying but like a soft "ashy" drying. The skin is still soft but ... gosh, I don't know how to describe it. I can imagine that being a great feature for those with oily skin.It seems like a summer cream. I think it would work best in warm weather as it sort of needs to "melt". It's very cool and refreshing when applied. It doesn't sting and I feel very safe putting it on my skin.It's got far too many pros not to buy again but its biggest pro is the price. If this cream was a hefty price (like Rosa Arctica and so many others) I might not buy this again. We all have different skin and I can't imagine any single cream ever being perfect for everyone. This one seems to come very close and I can see how this could be a "holy grail type" cream for some. When I first put it on, I thought it might even fit that bill for me but it's not quite there (but it's close).Lastly, the packaging was very pretty and the company seems quite conscientious and customer service oriented. 5 stars for that.
