I'll admit, I was very naive! I saw a post on my Facebook page claiming that Dr. Oz endorsed this product and Levela used in combination. Since I have "liked" Dr. Oz, I assumed it was his post. I ordered a "free trial" of both products. Right after the order, I realized it wasn't from Dr. Oz but an ad. The next day I contacted Dr. Oz help and found that they never endorsed these (or any) products. They asked for me to send them snips of the ad... and it was no longer up and running on Facebook! This is their tactic; they post false ads and then take them down after a short time. Strike 1. Strike 2: This product contains paraben, a chemical known to cause cancer. Strike 3: I started receiving persistent telemarketing calls late at night after I placed this order. And when we asked them how they got our # they said we recently purchased skin care products from their company. Strike 4 (I know, they should have been out!) They started auto-charging my credit card $79.95 each month and mailing me this. I first emailed to cancel with no response and received another. I just got off the phone with them. They have "in their system" that I returned a bottle (I didn't return anything) and that they stopped charging me and sending product months ago (not true). When I said, "I didn't mail back anything, and when I tried to cancel by email, I got no response. I'm still getting charged and product sent to me." Then he said, "Oh, that's not from us." I explained that I had 3 bottles sitting right next to me -- all three of them full-- credit card statements and mailers with their company on them. He just acted confused and offered to cancel (which he earlier said was already done by some mystery person who mailed them a bottle yet I'm still getting charged). This company is VERY shady. Please learn from my mistake! And for the record, Dr. Oz never endorses specific products exactly for this reason. These companies are predators.

This product has great results. I used it a couple years ago and then quit and what a difference in my skin. You will see a difference within a week. As with most products like this you have to use it regular for continued results.Only buy it at Amazon!! They have very fast shipping, exceptional prices and it is a true product. If you use Hydroderm website you will pay much more and will get sucked into their auto shipping. Then try to stop the auto ship, very frustrating.

I too used this product faithfully until I had used the whole bottle but only on one side of my face so I could compare. There was no difference whatsoever at the end of my one person "clinical trial".

I tried it, I sent it back, it burned my skin, and Im not happy with my refund, they only could give me 25% back, which I think is so cheap. I dont think you want other customers to see this, Cindy Smith

I used Hydroderm twice a day and never saw any difference, I kept using it thinking it might just take time but after finishing the whole bottle I would say it does not work. I saw no difference at all.

I used Hydroderm in the past, and found it to be very effective in helping to reduce wrinkles in my skin--particularly in my "crow's feet" area. It has also helped in reducing my forehead creases. I never had any problems with redness or blotchiness. My skin is somewhat sensitive, but maybe those users who had issues with redness had really sensitive skin. I am a Esthetician (skin care specialist) and do have other types of products in my "arsenal" which may combine to give me better results than other people have stated. To be more specific, using this product in combination with another product containing glycolic acid may be helping me to achieve a deeper skin-layer penetration with the Hydroderm. I stopped using Hydroderm when my second bottle ran out a couple of years ago and then re-started using it again about a year ago, when I found out my skin wrinkles were coming back. I do use the product rather sparingly (a bottle typically lasts be 4+ months), and have found it to be effective for me. If there are better products on the market, I have not yet found them.

I ordered this product after seeing an ad from DR Oz promoting this with another product for tremendous facial repair but realized after talking to friends that Oz never promotes specific products and ended up with a gloried bottle of Vitamin E oil.

After ordering a "free" trial I was surprised to see that my account was charged almost $200! I thought I read the fine print but it was very fine indeed. I called for a refund but was told it had been 30 days after my "free" trial & now I had to pay the full price for the products! It has 2 days after the 30 day trial. I had to threaten them that I would contact my bank & file a dispute the service person gave me a refund code! On top of that I didn't see any results at all. This company is very sneaky about they business practices. Buyer be very aware!
