I purchased a trial size for $4.95 on Dec 3rd, 2013. On December 18th I was charged $93.00. When I purchased the trial size I was never given a confirmation email with order number, etc. The screen went blank and when I tried to back on it it was gone. When I received my bill from Visa and saw the $93.00 Visa called them for me. At that point it was January 15, 2014 and I just received another product. Not knowing I had to cancel in 14 days (which is impossible since I didn't get the product until a week after I ordered it) When we called in January it was never explained that the December $93.00 was for the trial size. The product I received in January was for a second charge of $99.95. Today I called to dispute that and got no where so hence my posting.Long story short -- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Today, 2/4/14 Visa called again on my behalf to dispute another charge. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she would not put one on. They talk in circles and you get nowhere.

Beware of Wholesaler in New Jersey

I recently purchased this producted and received it from The Natural Health Shoppe in Howell, NJ. When I received the product it was not the same bottle it is advertised in. However, when I opened it the bottle was only HALF FULL!! I notified the wholesaler who compared the product to a bag of chips, and not getting what you expect when you open the bag. They proceeded to tell me that they could not do anything and that I must go through Revitol corporate.I was able to reach the corporate office and explained to them that my product was only half filled. They explained that since I purchased it through a wholesaler, the wholesaler was responsible for reimbursing me or sending me a new one. Corporate then notified the wholesaler that it was their responsibility.Well... I called the wholesaler back and manager explained that he would only reimburse $10! When I refused his offer, he explained that the only way he would reimburse me more money was if I went on AMAZON.COM and left a positive review about HIS COMPANY!!! He proceeded to say that I would have to email him my review as proof before getting reimbursed.We notified corporate about this wholesaler's motives. They were appalled at the lack of professionalism, and sent us a new bottle WHICH WAS THE CORRECT ONE I originally ordered.I researched this product and have read positive feedback about it. Please beware of the wholesaler you are receiving it from. The Natural Health Shoppe cannot be trusted with their positive feed backs, because they will not reimburse people for defected products.

I had a very poor ordering experience (the two Revitol customer service people I talked to were extremely unprofessional). I would liken the product itself to a Ponds cold cream. I'd check out the Olay Regeneriat line, which is a MUCH better value.

I bought this after reading what must have been phony reviews, then after ten days was charged $70 for a second jar. I am still trying to get that recovered. If the product was good, they wouldn't have to trick you into buying it using phony reviews on Facebook and tiny print. The cream feels rough, it just sits on top of my skin and won't rub in well. And, zero results. I'm going back to oil of olay. Don't fall for their tricks. Do not buy this product. The rep was so experienced in arguing with customers, you know he's had the conversation many times. Feel like a sucker! Too old for that!

I received a free sample of RVTL anti aging for $4.95 shipping. Big mistake. I am on Prednesone to conteract the effects of this cream. I broke out in huge red lumps on my face. Be careful

I was SO disappointed when I opened my order of Revitol anti-aging moisturizing cream! For the 2nd time in a row, I received a product for acne---not at all what I ordered. The packaging was marked REVITOL ANTI-AGING MOISTURIZING CREAM, but the jar inside the pkg contained ACNE CREAM! After the first incorrect order, Amazon apologized, and credited my account. They assured me it was highly unlikely that it would happen again. Because I really liked the product, I decided to try ordering again. I did, and the exact same problem occured once again. I am so frustrated and angry this time! I intend to call Amazon and ask for another credit card refund. Do I dare order again? A quick response to this review would be greatly appreciated.

I am on the second of 3 containers of Revitol Anti Aging Moisturizing Cream but none of the results are apparent that were given in all the reviews I read on the internet prior to deciding to purchase the product . I have had no negative effects at all, and that in itself is positive as I have very sensitive skin highly prone to breakouts of acne and red patches. It is a pleasant cream to use twice a day as a moisturizer , and that is what it effective is for me at this time. At least it does not have the inch thick list of frightening laboratory chemicals for ingredients as do most cheaper moisturizers. I am a chemist by profession and those products really scare me.
